After Sales Service
Unlike some companies that promise you the earth when they want to sell you a lift but aren't so interested if you later experience problems, we provide a full after sales service to all our customers. If you buy a stairlift from us it will automatically include a one or two year warranty - which can be extended on a year by year basis.
Whether you buy or rent a stairlift from us you will benefit from our 24/7 telephone help line.
In addition to providing breakdown cover we also carry out annual servicing schedules as recommended by the stairlift manufacturers. Even if you didn't purchase your stairlft from us you may still be able to benefit from our service (subject to an initial inspection).
Should you no longer need your stairlift we will remove it free of charge providing it has been regularly maintained by us.
