How long does it take to get a lift installed?
It varies depending on the type of stairlift you require. Basic straight stairlifts are normally installed within 2 to 4 days from your initial call. A rented curved lift order can normally be fitted within 3-5 days of the survey.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Middlesex and North West London. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
What is included in a stairlift rental?
Your rental includes professional installation, annual service, breakdown support during normal office hours, and removal when the stairlift is no longer needed.
What happens if I no longer need the stairlift?
We will arrange removal for you. This could be at the end of your rental period or earlier if the stairlift is no longer required.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes — straight stairlifts have a minimum rental period of 12 months, and curved stairlifts have a minimum of 6 months.
Are stairlifts suitable for narrow staircases?
Most staircases can accommodate a stairlift. We’ll assess your home and recommend the best option for your space.
