Peace of mind if your stairlift is no longer needed
We understand that some customers are unsure how long a stairlift may be required.
That's why, when you purchase a stairlift from us, we provide a guaranteed buy-back price in writing at the time of installation.
- ✓ If the stairlift is returned within the first year, we will pay 20% of the original purchase price.
- ✓ If it is returned during the second year, we will pay 10% of the original purchase price.
- ✓ After two years, we will offer a buy-back price based on the current market value of the stairlift.
Please note that buy-back values may vary for certain models, including the Thyssen Flow 2A and Flow X.

A reconditioned stairlift has been carefully refurbished, safety checked, and tested by our experienced engineers. Both options provide safe, reliable access to your home, with reconditioned models offering excellent value for money.
