After Sales Service

A “No Worries” approach to stairlift ownership

We believe in looking after our customers from the moment you first contact us right through to the time when you no longer need your stairlift.

Unlike some companies that promise you the earth when they want to sell you a lift but aren't so interested if you later experience problems, we provide a full after sales service to all our customers. If you buy a stairlift from us it will automatically include a one year warranty - which can be extended on a year by year basis.

Like most mechanical things, stairlifts can go wrong but we will do our best to get you up and working again in the shortest possible time. Whether you buy or rent a stairlift from us you will benefit from our 24/7 telephone help line. We find that 80% of faults can be resolved over the telephone by completing some basic checks that our engineers will talk you through.

In addition to providing breakdown cover we also carry out annual servicing schedules as recommended by the stairlift manufacturers. Even if you didn't purchase your stairlift from us you may still be able to benefit from our service (subject to an initial inspection).

If you no longer need a stairlift that you purchased from us we will offer to buy it back, or at the very least we will remove it free of charge provided it has been regularly maintained by us.
